  1. How do I know which vehicle is the best for my trip?
    At our Miami City Limo's page, we offer a list of vehicles for you free choosing. You will find information of each vehicle, models, sizes, capacity and prices. Then you can pick the one who fits the best to your needs.
  2. What kind of services does your company offer?
    Currently, we have a wide range of experience in airport and port transportation, as well as, point to point service, corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, tours, and other celebrations that involve transportation service.
  3. Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
    Since the use of these credit cards are global and secure, you can pay with American Express, Master Card and Visa. If you don't count with them, you can also pay via PayPal.
  4. Do you offer limo services only to Miami?
    Our company service offers limo transportation in all South Florida that includes Miami, Key West, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Palm Beach and the other cities.
  5. What is your cancellation policy?
    If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a charged of 50% fee. And the total amount will be billed if the cancellation is within 48 hours.
  6. Do you bring any personal present if I needed?
    If you need a bottle of champagne or a box of chocolates, you can require them previous arrangement.
  7. Do I have to tip the driver after I arrive at my destination?
    You are not obligated to tip the driver; the gratuity for the driver is included in the total price of the reservation.
  8. Can I bring alcohol to the limo?
    You can bring alcohol to the limousine only if you are over 21 years old. Otherwise your limousine service will be canceled with no refund if you break with these terms.
  9. How will I recognize my chauffeur when I arrive at the airport?
    Our chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name in the place you request to be picked up.
  10. How will I know if my reservation has been done correctly?
    At the end of your reservation process, we will send you an email confirmation where all the reservation info will be there along with the conditions and terms of service.

  12. Do you offer Car Seats for children?
    Although we don't approve the car seats nether install them, you can request car seats for children if you needed. You are responsible for the approval and installation of the car seats you may need to.
  13. How much will I be billed for the Car Seat needed?
    You don't have to pay something for the car seat needed. You can ask for the one you need for free.
  14. Where will I be picked up at the airport?
    The Customs Exit is the right place for picking up people who are coming in an International Flight. And the Baggage Claim for the ones who are coming in a Domestic Flight.
  15. Will I be billed an extra fee if my flight lands earlier or later?
    Don't have to worry about it. You will not have to pay an extra fee if you are landing earlier or later; we count with the latest technology that will track your flight and tell us your actual arrival anytime.
  16. What can I do if I want to save the parking fee?
    If you want to avoid the parking fee, you can ask us to pick you up at the curbside of the airport.
  17. What is included in my quote?
    Basically, we charge the transportation service, the gratuity for the driver, and other minor fees such as the parking, airport fee, sea port fee, wait time, on others depending on the occasion.
  18. Which airports and seaports in Florida does your company service cover?
    We cover the three major airports in Florida, Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport and Palm Beach Airport, as well as, some private jets. We also cover the three principal Florida ports, Port of Miami, Port Everglade ft. Lauderdale, and the Port of Palm Beach.
  19. Which information will I provide to your company for my reservation?
    We require basic information such as the itinerary, passenger cell phone, email address, credit card form, type of service and vehicle, and other information we might need depending on the occasion.
  20. How much will I be charged for the use of my Credit Card?
    At our company, you will be billed a fee of 5% if you opt to pay by credit card.
